Clark County has started developing Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT) in 2004.  We provide training to enable the citizens of the county help their neighbors until additional help can arrive.  The training includes basic training in the following areas: first aid, search and rescue, fire suppression, additional subjects may be added based upon the needs of the community.
